Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PouchPerfect ApS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
  • We deliver to customers in the European Union.
  • For customers, all deliveries are made via DHL. (Our logistics partners may include GLS for transit, but you will only see DHL as the carrier handling your delivery.)

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the EU is typically 2-6 business days, depending on your country.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout in EUR or CZK, depending on your selection.
  • Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or local import fees are the responsibility of the customer (if required).

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept the package, or missed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We may charge you for the cost of re-shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify DHL immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
