- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Other local payment methods may be available at checkout, depending on your location.
2. Currency
- Payments can be made in EUR (€) or CZK (Kč).
- Prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.
- Your final amount, including shipping costs, will be displayed before checkout.
3. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (and its integrated payment providers).
- We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
- Your order will only be shipped once payment has been successfully received.
4. Taxes and Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes that may apply.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
- You may retry using another payment method.
- If funds have been deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
