  • Other local payment methods may be available at checkout, depending on your location.

2. Currency

  • Payments can be made in EUR (€) or CZK (KÄŤ).
  • Prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.
  • Your final amount, including shipping costs, will be displayed before checkout.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (and its integrated payment providers).
  • We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
  • Your order will only be shipped once payment has been successfully received.

4. Taxes and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes that may apply.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
  • You may retry using another payment method.
  • If funds have been deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
